We are excited to introduce Complete – a beautiful advanced to do list app, that is available today on the App store.

We created Complete to fix exactly what the other to-do lists got wrong. We built a product that incorporates everything that a to-do list should have, from integrations to outside resources like Amazon Alexa, and Apple Reminders, to advanced list management with one-tap completion buttons. Other great features that boost your productivity and were bundled in ‘Complete’ are the smart alerts – to keep you on top of things. Based on our experience we learned that users want to have a snapshot of what’s happening tomorrow, or today morning. Complete’s Smart alerts addresses that in a very elegant way.

It enables to collaborate tasks with a group of people, so everyone are synced real time with the tasks and its items.

Blue Monday 2017 has arrived. Dubbed the “most depressing day of the year,” based on a pseudo-scientific calculation that by now we’ve broken our New Year’s resolutions, the biting cold winter weather arrived, finally…as did all those credit card statements from our Christmas shopping runs. • Email To Task: We know there are many tasks lying in your emails, and therefore creating tasks right from your inbox is a must! With the new version of 24me, all you have to do is forward the email you want to add as task to task@twentyfour.me, and it will be waiting for you right in your task list! (*available in 24me Premium package). 

 

• Search Events: No need to go through your past events to find the one that you are looking for. A new ‘Search’ button is going to help you find any meeting, task or note that you need. You can search it either by location, or event name.

• Custom Repeat:  A New option for calendar events! Customize the repeat duration of your events in a very simple way. For example: Meeting with Dan, repeat every 4 weeks, ending on May 28th. 

 

• New Languages: こんにちは, שלום, مرحبا – We are happy to welcome Japanese, Arabic and Hebrew to our rapidly growing list of supported languages!

• New Design: We have completely upgraded 24me with a whole new design, with beautiful thin icons. And we are excited to bring a little feminism to the “invite” icons. As a company who promotes gender equality, we decided that this is how our new invite icon is going to look:

 

• Upgrades To Time Management:
  • Second reminder – You can now add another reminder to any task, note, or calendar event.
  • Choose between 1 and 5 minutes interval for reminders and events time.
  • Set any reminder time that you choose instead of the default ‘x time before’.

• Single Touch Conference Call Dialing – We know how busy you are, and it’s always that call, that starts when you’re on the go. Having to remember the dial-in number and the passcode to register is pretty time intensive and rather inconvenient when on the road. For that we have added Automatic code dialing – allowing you to add the conference call and the passcode number on the meeting, making it easier to manage conference calls.  How to do it? pretty easy: in the location tab of the meeting put the conference call number, add comma and add the passcode number.

 

• Import Contact Addresses Into Meeting: It’s now easier to schedule meetings with your contacts. Once choosing your contact, 24me will ask whether  you want to use your contact’s address.

 

 

 New 24me Premium 

• We grouped together many advanced features for those who want to be super PROductive. Some features are included free to our existing users. Here are only few:
  • Customize Label Colors  – set your on color for labels. 24me will use that color on the main screen next to each item.
  • Customize Font  – choose font size and weight.
  • Nag alerts – want to make sure you don’t miss specific tasks? With Nag alerts you keep getting reminders for important tasks until you actively confirm.

Here are a few tips to get you started with 24me and that will help you be more productive during your day.  

1. Calendar Views

To help you better navigate throughout the day, 24me has three different views for the calendar, so it will be easier for you to see the day in either List view, Day view or Month view. Here is how to do it:

Month View

You can see a full month view just by pulling the dates bar down and expand it into a full month from the top bar.

List View and Day View

List view is the default view of 24me once you download it from the App Store. List view mode enables to see all your events, tasks and notes outlined as a list.

To switch between List view to Day view simply tap on the menu bar (top left) and easily switch from list view to day view tapping on the top right of the menu.

If you switch to day view you will see your entire day on a calendar timeline. 24me presents each item in a different color: tasks in orange, notes in yellow, and meetings in blue.

 

2. How to add Calendar Account

24me syncs with any calendar account you have on your device, so if you want to add another calendar account simply go to your iPhone’s Settings app and then tap on: ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’.

 

Tap on ‘Add Account’ option.

 

Select your account from the options below, and put your email and add the password associated with this account.

Once you set your account, go back to 24me, which is now synced automatically with your new account.

Last week, Sunrise officially announced that their calendar app will be removed from the app stores, and officially shut down the app and it will stop working all together on August 31st. This is truly sad news, especially because Sunrise was one of the first calendar apps to provide users with a better calendar experience. The very design oriented Sunrise team, was facing a challenging problem, and with a lot of attention to the details –  they managed to build a very beautiful and simplified calendar. As developers of a Calendar app ourselves, we truly appreciate the work and efforts the Sunrise team has done. Their product was unique and provided a great design and experience.
